Texas typically receive an average of 3-5 inches of rain each month during the transition of summer - fall - winter. We have had a very wet year, and some of our fishing properties will be less accessible by vehicle. 

 

Check the weather conditions before making a reservation and check the weather again prior to your reservation taking place. When using private property road & pathways please be aware of your surroundings, get out of your vehicle to test ground if you need to. Actively avoid leaving wheel ruts on roadways as this degrades the path for other members, and leaves many owners unhappy.
