New Features regarding Online Reservation System
Online Reservation System Update:
We have added new functionality to the online reservation system. After the last page of the reservation system, a new page pops up to verify your payment information. You will only need to input the data one time and the system will save it for any future reservations. You will also have the option to update and/or change your credit card information on this page, or by clicking “edit profile” when needed.
The PWF Staff plans to add member’s credit card info to each online profile eventually but, due to the time of year and high volume of reservations, we may not have time to update yours before your next trip. Therefore, please have your credit/ debit card handy next time you place a reservation.
Please know that your payment information is secure on our website.
Reservation Modification:
We have also added a modification feature to our online reservation system. Moving forward, members will no longer need to cancel and resubmit reservations to add or remove guests, other members, lodging, etc…
Go to the Reservations tab on our website, click My Reservations, select Modify Reservations and follow the steps. Once your modification has been submitted a new email will be sent to you confirming the changes to your outing.
