Member Michael Smith and I spent 7:30-3:30 on Saturday on May 6 at the Hidden Springs Ranch.  The day started very slow but picked up at 9:00 AM and was steady throughout the rest of the day.  Their was no real pattern but there were several pockets we picked up solid fish every time we passed by.  The bass were spread from 1 foot to 10 feet of depth and repsonded best to mid speed retrieves. 

The magnolias were blooming and the songbirds were everywhere.  It was a great day to be on the water.
