First time at this property and let me tell you it is one of the most peaceful and seculed places. Absolutly beatiful. Lake is very full with lots of sumergerd vegetation and the lilly pads are starting to come in. I had a hard time getting bit i threw just about everything in my box at them. Then i put on a black and blue lizard on and that was the ticket. I caught all of my  fish on it. Four that were 16 inches and weighed two pounds and they got thrown back and six that ranged from 10 to 14 inches they are getting eaten today. Even with all of the rains the road getting to the lake is still in decent condition. Also i did see three different very large catfish layed up in the cattails sunning. Other great day of fishing in the club.
