Water temp 63-68, 4-6 ft vis, partly sunny. Fished 9-4. Caught 12 total, largest was 4.75. All fish caught on TX rig; including 4 on twin tail grub with a 2 pounder on first cast. Later rotated between gp lizard and junebug trick wurm with steady bites on both. Of course missed several too, but had a great time fighting good fish most of the day.  Fish were healthy, a few still on beds, but not too much grass to contend with. Only caught fish shallow and close to the bank. Looking forward to a return trip soon.
