My wife and I visited Indian Hills for a great day of fishing and relaxing.  We always take a bluebonnet trek this time of year with a bit of fishing mixed in. The cabin is great and we enjoyed our time there.  
 

it was nice to be able to fish right by the cabin.The water was clear and about 3 feet low.

the fishing was also very good with 65 bass caught with 30 culls and 35 returns.   The bite morphed from chase to SP to topwater as the wind went from breezy to still.  Most of the fish were in the shallow end but the bigger fish were in the deeper end.  

The evening was cloudy and flat calm when I started fishing a top water and the fish were destroying the lure.  All of the top water fish were solid including a giant in the last 15 minutes.  We will definitely be back.
