It was a windy morning on Kickapoo but it was a good time exploring a new body of water.  The water had 4-5 feet of visibility.  I tried chatterbaits and liplesscrank baits first but wasn't having much success so I switched up to top water. All my bites came on a spook fished near the shallow areas.  I even had some ambitious bluegill went after the spook, one ate it even.  All the bass I caught were under 2 pounds but were looking healthy!  I look forward to coming back in the future!
