I got to the property a little after 1pm and launched the boat on property.  The boat is in great condition!  I casted all over the lake but caught my first three fish down by the dam.  At that point the wind started really blowing so I brought the boat back to shore and bank fished for a while.  My next two fish also came from down by the dam.
