My nephew Jordan Massey and I added another chapter in our fishing follies on Friday 9-30-2022. First, the road or should I say trail to the lake is an adventure in it self. It has been about four or five years since by last visist and I would guest this may be my last one. The trail is in dire need of tree triming and better marking to get to the launch site. As we enter the wooded area I made a wrong turn and went down about a 45 degree rock path that led to a feeder. How we ever got the truck and boat back up that trail was nothing short of a miricle.I hope I can get all the scrathes out of my truck. As for the fishing, we caught 25 bass, 2 cat fish and one crappie. Five bass were over 4lbs. The water temp was around 75deg and fisibilty was 0 , The lake is down at least 3-4 feet. We used chatter baits, spinner bait and some crank baits.
