Fishing was difficult from the start. Wind picked up from the south at 10-15mph as soon as we started around 7:15 am and the fishable water was slim to none. Both lakes have heavy vegatation, not only around the perimeter but also from the bottom. We(member Tony Stewart and I)  caught 3 LMB(two dinks and 1 at 3lb. We were off the lakes by 11:30am and called it a day. If i recall, fishing these ponds when fished in the winter give you the best chance at numbers and size.
