I decided to fly fish this morning.  Started at 6:30. After an hour and half with 1 hookup I didn't land - I gave up.  I then threw everything I had: frog, popper, chatterbait, spinner, Senkos, square bill, swimsuit, Texas rigged trick worm, jig, and Carolina rig.  Nothing. At 10:30 I switched I tried a dropshot with 3.5 in Berkeley flat worm in natural shad.  I caught 11 between 10:30 and 12:30.  I tried other colors, but nothing worked except natural shad.  3 were nice, 1 was really good (5lb) and the rest were culls.  It got too hot so called it a day.

The lake is pretty low and I could only find them in the deepest parts.  Be careful with the boat ramp. It's almost out of the water and has a pretty steep drop at the end.  I was able to get my Bass Tracker 175 in/out, but just barely.  I wouldn't try it again until we get some rain.
