I love to fish and catching is even better.  However, I went out Saturday for the afternoon and the heat won.  Pecan Gap is a great place and well maintained but I could not figure it out Saturday.  With the water down, you can see the underground humps well so I just anchored down and fished it hard.  After a few hours in the 100+ degree heat, I had to get off the water.  Dumped my cooler/ice on my head and went home. 

The fish I caught were all on shaky head, black/blue worm and moving it as slow as I could on the bottom.  Don’t let this report fool you, there are nice fish in there.  I just couldn’t figure it out that afternoon.  I’ll be back.
