Lasted in the heat as long as I could. Big fan of Lake Side despite no shade available. Surprisingly they were biting pretty good, as I landed 7 fish, all but one good size, 2-4 pounds. Used sinkos and flukes in the middle of the lake around brush piles. The lake is at least a couple feet low and needs rain. The Jon boat leaks through the plug, I had to bail the water out several times. That needs to be fixed.
