Got to the lake around 2:45 and fished till dark. Pretty slow till about an hour before sunset. Caught most of the fish on senko rigged wacky and regular with no weight. The lake has a ton of grass and makes it a little rough to fish. Only pattern I could find is you have to fish the grass and fish the small open spots in the grass. The water was 89 degrees.

That water is crystal clear but that makes that grass grow so fast. Love Bennett Lake but the grass on North end is getting tough. How was the entrance road after the rains? You caught quite a few in the time you fished. Nice!
