Caught 9 Fish with several in 3-4 pound range. Success mostly on plastics. Crank bait in deeper water also produced fish. Lot of bait fish visible in lake, 30 plus yards of heavy vegetation outlined most of the lake and appears lake gets quite a bit of pressure. Hoping for a better visit next time.

Yes! I saw really big balls of bait fish. I was surprised about the lack of a top water bite early. Maybe all the bait fish are having an effect on the bite. It can't be because of my lack of fishing skill.
