I did what I could.  In fact I don't think I have ever left a PWF day early...but I lost today.  The wind would gust harder than I have ever experienced and I just could not keep my kayak on point...even with an anchor.  I caught a good amount of fish but they were all between 1-2 pounds.  Nothing picture worthy.  I'll be back because this property is beautiful.  For those going after me, I attached a picture of the growth in the water where all the bites came from(hope it helps).  I could not get them to bite on anything but a Texas rigged lizard in the grass.  Good luck out there and tight lines.  The tug is the drug!
