This is the second time this month my brother and I have fished this lake after noon. It is attractive, easily accessed and full of fish.  Will the wind never stop?  Unlike our first outing, we did use the boat and accessed most of the lake.  We were not very productive in the shallow coves but did better in the main portion of the lake.  Once again, the fishing dock is productive for catfish and bass.  Swim baits in lighter colors ruled the day for bass.  We were unproductive slow-fishing worms.  For bass, there were more returns than culls with decent action in the 2-3 lb range.  No lunkers.  The lake is full of cats all above 3 lbs.  The largest of the day was 8 lbs.  They hit almost anything.
