Mike and I fished from noon to 5 on Saturday.  There was a strong south wind from the time we got there until we left, but we had a great time and caught quality fish.  Water temp was 72 and water clarity, with the wind, was about a foot.  We caught 10 fish.  The smallest was 3 pounds.  The rest were 3 to 3 ½ pounds except two Mike caught.  One was 4 lb 11 oz  and the other was a beauty that went 7 pounds.  Caught all the fish on big spinner baits, except one, which was caught on a big ned rig.  We caught  all the fish out from the grass lines in deeper water.  And in no particular spots.   Joe met us as we were coming in and then came back down right before we were leaving and talked with Mike for awhile.  Joe told us about all the shinners he added to the lake earlier this year and his plans for the rest of the year.  He enjoyed seeing some pictures of the fish we caught today and two weeks ago.  A great property owner and a wonderful lake.
