Wendell Vines and I fished the beautiful Lost Creek Ranch all day on Saturday 3/19.  The weather started out at 38 degrees but the water was fairly warm.  A mist was rising from the warm water as the sun came up and the hillside was covered with exotics as we began our day.  

We mostly used chase baits fished slowly and a few soft plastics.  The fish were sluggish at first but both numbers and size improved steadlity throughout the day.

We ended up catching a bunch of quality fish with Wendell catching his PB bass at 8.48 pounds!  Out best 5 was just a hair under 35 pounds!  I can’t begin to describe how beatiful this lake and property are!  If you haven’t fished it yet, you need to.
