Took my son out for spring break.  30 minutes in his kayak started sinking and we found a hole in the bottom.  Spent some time with that and then took turns on my Kayak for a couple hours.  It was very windy and chilly.  We managed to catch 2 fish.  One was on a white chatter bait in shallow water by throwing up on the rocks behind the cat tails and dragging it through the weeds.  The other was caught on a marked brush pile with a small plastic shad that I worked by letting it sink to the bottom.  Had another fish on close to the Yak but didn’t land it.  We left much earlier than I planned and will have to fix my sons Yak and have a Redo.
