A guest and I fished from 9 until 12:30.  It was 39 degrees when we stated out and only got up to 42 by the time we decided to call it a day.  Besides cold, there was a pretty good north wind.  We caught 7, harvested 2.  Wacky rigged watermelon senkos and a whopper popper is what worked.  We used the pontoon boat and with the wind spent most of the time fishing along the dam to stay out of the stiffer wind.
