Member Michael Smith and I had a good day of fishing at Bennett on  Saturday 3/5.

I was pleased to see the harvest reinstated at this lake as we had noticed in the last year or two that the fish were kind of skinny.

We caught a mixed bag of bass and crappie that were 80 % harvest fish.

We did catch a few pushing four pounds but mostly had a good day catching a lot of fish.
