Jim Collins (guest) and I fished at Post Oak on Wednesday, December 15.  In was a very enjoyable day.  We arrived at about 9:30 am and fished until 3 PM.  The weather was mild and partly cloudy, but windy conditions made fishing from our kayaks a challenge all day long.  We caught fish throughout the day and all around the perimeter of the lake; mostly about 3 to 5 feet from the shoreline using plastic worms.  The water was generally clear of weeds.  We caught 14 fish total; culled 9.  The larger fish were between 1.5 and 2 pounds.  They were all healthy and even the smaller fish were good fighters.  Overall, a fun day!
