I thought the fishing might be a bit slow with the cold front and cooler temperatures but the fish were biting. Caught a 3 1/4lb bass from the dock on the first cast and was able to land six more from the dock on the deep diving crank bait and deep diving jerk bait. After putting the boat in caught an additional 14 fish all over the lake however none were on the brush piles as they usually are. They were in the deeper water along the dam and along the grass line all over the lake. Overall 5 culls and 15 good fish released back for a total of 20 fish caught between noon and 5pm. Another good day at Jermar.
