Jim Collins (guest) and I fished Old Oaks Ranch on November 18, 2021.  Relatively nice, clear day with temperatures in the mid 60”s to low 70”s. Fishing was very slow all day, but we still had a very enjoyable time.   Decided to leave our kayaks at home and bank fish due to the strong wind gusts through out the day.  Arrived at approximately 9 AM and fished until 3:30 PM.  Quickly caught a bass on a red plastic worm (about 12 inches) in the morning but that was it for the day; although we had a few nibbles later in the day.  We fished the entire perimiter of the lake as well as fishing off the raft near the island.  Tried everything we had in our tackle boxes but with no luck.  Lots of weeds throughout the lake in the vicinity of the banks.
