It was a windy day at the The Jordan, but my fishing buddy and I were still able to get 23 fish on the hook (21 bass and 2 crappie – nothing over 3 to 4 lbs).  We tried fishing from the pontoon boat, but the wind was blowing us into the bank even with the anchor down.  We opted to tie the boat off and fish from the bank instead.  We caught 7 bass and 1 crappie on a red and black crank bait, 1 bass on a Rat L Trap near the dam, and 13 bass and 1 crappie on a white fluke swimbait (I dipped their tails in a bottle of chartreuse that I picked up from Bass Pro yesterday).  Between 4:15pm and 5:15pm, the bass came in to feed aong the bank where the pontoon boat is docked, and I was able to catch 7 bass on the white fluke.  Overall fun day!
