Fished about 5 ½ hours before the storms.  Lakes are down a good two feet, but are in good shape with good color. The fishing followed a pattern much of the afternoon. Had to slow down and fish the paddle tail worm in about 3-6 FOW.  Caught 1 on a spinnerbait and 1 on a Rogue.  All the rest came on the worm so had to keep coming back to it.  Landed 6 good fish and 5 in the 11” to 13” range.  5 of the 6 others were between 2.5 and 3.85 so pretty good day overall. Had a more active bite in the last 45 minutes of daylight along the dam on the lower lake.  Whenever I would say to myself I was leaving I’d get another bite.  The fish were holding on to the worm along time and my last cast I felt a bite as the worm landed and set the hook pretty quick and the fish ran about 10 feet and jumped off.  It was the same size at about 3 lbs.  Also caught 3 bluegill near the end of the day that were big enough to eat the worm.  All in all a good day.
