Clear blue skies after the Sunday night storm. Caught about 8 using Sinkos, most were dingers with one about 2.5 lbs, all in the SE corner of the lake. Met the property caretaker who was very nice. Boat access to the lake is a challenge as the drop off is narrow and about 6 feet down from shore. Caretaker said he plans to grate a launching ramp and gravel road to the lake soon. Note: directions need correcting; after you exit 506, go left over I-20 (not right), then take a right on FM 2728 to Hwy 80. Then turn right (not left) on 80 east for 5.3 miles. Another direct way from Dallas would be take I-30 east to the Hwy 80 split, then take 80 east all the way to the property.
