Fished with my brother from Midland and glad that we caught 27 fish. Fished from 7:30-2.  Winds 5-10 from the SE and water temp 77-78. Most fish caught in the dam area. Finesse worms early and flukes and speedworm in watermelon red the rest of the day using TR with a split shot. Most fish were small but my brother lucked out and caught a 5.2 on a fluke which made his day!
