Great day on Hudson Lake.

Entering the property was easy but could have been difficult under wet conditions. The concrete boat ramp was easy to launch from. 

We arrived about 7:30 am at Hudson Lake. Conditions were from calm in the morning to strong gusts of wind changing direction often and some cloud cover over the course of the day. The fish were most active in the deeper parts of the lake. The northern end was thick with coontail, shallow. The fish were plentiful, hungry, but many were malnourished with indented stomachs. A 15-inch bass would weigh in just over a pound. Large heads and small bodies. 

Great place to catch numbers.
