I caught 4 on a swim jig, caught a couple on a soft jerk bait, but everything else was caught on texas rigged worms. We hung a couple a bigger fish but didnt get them to the boat. Most fish caught were between 13” and 17”, but had some shoulders. A few at 20”. The morning was magnificent; overcast with a cool wind, and the fish were in the grass. The wind stayed steady but was not too bad and helped keep us cool in the afternoon. As the sun came out the fish moved a little deeper but stayed toward the windward shorelines. The lake seems exceptionally healthy to me. Wonderful ranch and a big thanks to all who make this place possible. We had a special day, again.
