The ranch and lake are beautiful. The boat launch/ picnik area was shaded and ideal for relaxing and cooling down.

We started fishing around 3:30. The group caught a few every few hour, but there really wasn't a consistent pattern. Larger fish were caught in in deeper water near the exposed sticks. 
 

At about 4:30 or so my buddy set the hook and what jumped out of the water looked like shamu! It's the longest bass I've ever seen. After pics and high fives the beast was sent on her way. Check the pic.
