Arrived about 1:00 PM.  It was hot with partly cloudy skies.  The lake looks like a smaller version of Double A with a defined grass line and a steep drop off just past where the grass stops.  Wind was strong throughout the afternoon so we either drifited with the wind trying to jig fish or dive crank the middle or we anchored and pounded a grass line with flukes, wacky rigs or texas rigs.  The first bass took us several hours to catch.  I tried to listen to Arkansas Super regional baseball game but with one bar I was limited to checking the live stats occasionaly.  The game was put away early so I could go back to concentrating on the fishing.  All the bass were healthy – most were over 3 pounds.  Four of the bass were caught in the exact same spot.   Fun outing.
