Guest and I got on the lake at 1 PM.  Fished the dam area for 2½ hours with no luck tossing carolina rigs in watermelon and shad colored crank baits.  From 3;30 until 5;30 fished the middle part of tha lake caught 4 from 1-3 lbs with shad and crawfish colored crank baits..  Guest was skunked until he decided to throw a chartreuse  colored slab and landed a 2 ½ lb bass.  I think we would have had better luck in the morning.  Left at 6:00PM.  Robert
