Took the entire Daniels family plus Brad Wemhoener to Black Hat Ranch for a crappie fishing adventure.  The night before was thunderstorms.  The wind was howling for most of the day so it was difficult to stay over the target areas.  We toughed it out.  We vertical fished the brushpiles and points where I could see them on the depth finder but no takers.  The kids did catch some bream from the dock.  After lunch the family went home and Brad and I fished for some bass.  We caught a couple culls.  Overall it was a tough day but the kids had fun.
