My son Jack and I hit the water for Easter Sunday.  We live in Kingwood, so this lake is so easy for us to get to in only a 40 minute drive.  All I can say is everything you are reading about this lake are true, and I am so happy PWF got this lake for us to fish.  We caught 100 bass, and like everyone said these fish fight like they are double their weight.  Almost every fish jumps while fighting and many of them have multiple jumps.  We lost many from throwing hooks.  The property is gorgeous, the lake layout is perfect, just the right size to allow you to fish it effectively given the type of boat we have.  Most of the fish we caught were in the 1.5lb to 2.5lbs, but had many in the 3-4lb- range.  The largest we caught was 4.13lbs.   I can’t wait to fish it again.  This lake is only going to get better with age.
