Warm calm forcast morphed to wintery 60 degree afternoon with north wind at 12-15.  No surprise, bite was slow but caught some in all areas of the lake.  Lost some productive time to batteries that faded out mid-afternoon, but saved some trouble by having my own backup battery in the boat.  Fish were good size and fought unusually hard.  Big flocks of ducks on the lake provided some nice background music too.
