John Shepard and  I went to Bennett Monday 12/21 and had a good day. Caught 17 bass, 2 crappie and big blue gill. Bass were mostly out in the middle in the deep water. Avg size was better than most trips there in the past so culling is starting to payoff seems like. Dropshot deep and swimming a chartreuse chatterbait  over the dying vegetation in 4-6 ft. water worked best.
