Fry
Headed to East Tx and Twin Lakes on Monday afternoon. Fished West Lake only from 12:30 until dusk. The lakes are in great shape, full, good water clarity, water temp at 63 degf. The road across to West Lake is in decent shape. With a full moon, clear skies and no wind, expected to struggle a bit. In the end, caught fairly steadily all afternoon pitching freelined senkos into the shadows in the margins (nothing else really worked). The big fish eluded me, biggest was 2lb, but a great day to be outside. Highlight was a bald eagle flying across mid afternoon. Really like these lakes
