First fishing outing for 6 and 4 year old girls and they loved it!  Well kept property and the dock on the smaller lake was ideal for introducing some youngsters to the joys of fishing.  Between the 3 kids on the trip, 55+ blue gill were landed in just a few hours and the two dads spent all their time baiting hooks and removing fish.  The dads did find time for a cast or two and landed 4 LMB off of brush hogs and Z hogs with one having considerable length and mass.  The dads will go back at a later date to explore the larger lake.  With echoes of requests to go "fishing tomorrow" ringing throughout the truck, it was a successful trip!
