Fished Thursday morning with another member. The vegetation is dying off but it still covers  60 % of the surface area,however the remaining 40 % has good depth and structure. Visibility is 18 to 24 inches with the clearer water up by the overflow/dam .Some water was flowing over the overflow structure so the lake was full.

We caught 17 bass and 6 bream. Seven for the bass were under 14" and removed and the largest of the others was 3 lbs. We used tx rig worms,wacky worms and wtless flukes. Motor oil/chrt tail worms did the best then watermelon green. Crank baits would have worked but we left them in the car because when we first saw the lake we did not realize that many areas could be fished with them.

Beautiful and interesting body of water.Deer came down to graze along the shore line along with the horses. We were throw off because we did not see a PWF sign on the gate so we drove around thinking we were in the wrong place.
