I joined member Randy Groves on Thursday. We fished in separate boats. Weather was perfect, overcast until late in the afternoon with mist on and off most of the morning. We caught over 60 quality fish starting with top water the whole morning and even into the afternoon primarily on whopper ploppers and a buzzbait. Randy also caught a good number on a large fluke and I caught a number on a TX rigged worm and a swimbait with an underspin. Make sure your drag is set properly and hang on, we had our rods doubled over into the water too many times to count. Tally: 1-7#, 2-6#, 4-5#, countless 2-3 pounders with a handfull under 1#. We talked to the owner a couple of different times as he was overseeing the work on the launch - rock got dumped.  Great new addition to PW.
