Fingerling
On lake at 6:30 am. Great action before storms blew in at 8. Sat out rain & lightning for two hours in truck. Caught 7 lb. at middle of dam on red/gold medium Zara Spook. My guest and I caught another 3.5, and 4 more around 2-2.5 range and the rest would have all been culls…39 total. Most on weightless senkos, crawfish and lizards…. a few on ribbitt frogs. Lake only 2 ft low…weeds not to much of an issue. Best areas were from pier north for a 100 yards and directly across to the other bank. Water was very murky.

That is a great day of fishing, esp considering the 2 hour rain delay, congrats on the 7lber, had to be a fun bite on the Spook!
