Had a great time with a buddy fishing in the morning at Black Hat off the dock! Trolling motor had some issues so we just decided to stick to the dock and fish and had decent success on worms for bass and blood bait for catfish. My daughter caught her PB largie on a pink worm right under the dock that we released coming in at 17" and 2.5lbs, nothing crazy but she loved it! Other bass caught on a senko and one on a popper that we kept at around 13". Both catfish were around 4lbs caught with blood bait cast out towards the middle right of the lake from the dock. All in all a good time and would love to come back when I could get around the lake on a boat obviously but fun none the less! Dock setup was nice with several benches and a table along with a rod holder so can't complain!
