Total Fish/Sizes : 9 LMB 2 under 12", 7 1-2lbs, 1 big Bluegill.
Lures Used : Finesse Worm, Top Water, Weightless Lizard

Got to Beaver about 6:15 and started fishing off the dock.  No luck, too much vegetation extending a good way out into the lake so there's not much opportunity to fish from the bank right now. Took out the club boat and caught one early on top water and changed to a small 6" worm fished finesse style, junebug and watermelon/gold colors. Caught the most just off the grass in the main part of the lake.  Caught one throwing the weightless lizard hoping to catch a bigger fish, and got one about 1.5 lbs.  The bass were small, but healthy fighters.  The bluegill was about 8" and fat.  Felt the bluegill grabbing my finesse worms all morning and several tore the tails off.  FYI, about a month ago I put a weedless prop on my trolling motor and this time I motored right through the vegetation.  

The fishing might have been a little slow, but it was a really great July day to be out on a beautiful pond with a few clouds, a gentle wind, and temp in the mid 80's.  Looking forward to another trip!
