Fished the property on July 12th.  Great property.  We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers.

Near the dam, we caught 3 fish between 3-4.5 lbs.  1 on topwater, 1 on crank bait and 1 on spinner bait.  We also caught (4) 1.5 to 2 lb bass and a cull.

It's best to stay away from the shallow side.  Quite shallow and lots of weeds.  Topwater is the only option and we had no luck on that side.

The dock is fantastic and has promising fishing.  Caught 2 culls, a 2 lb bass and had a nice size catfish that hit a crankbait.  Dang thing gave the best fight of any fish we caught all day. Hit the lure like a freight train and fought like Mike Tyson.

The aerators had tons of baitfish jumping around and there are balls of baitfish near the dock.  No luck this time around the aerators, but lots of potential.
