I do suggest you get comfortable with warning in the write up on this property that friends and family fish this lake. When we arrived there was a fisherman on the lake. We visited with him. He had been on the lake since day break and had made two laps around it. He had landed five bass on five casts and no other hits. We were fishing behind him. We had four strikes but for the first time on a Private Lake Property we were skunked. As warned in the write up you may not want to reserve this lake if you are not comfortable with fishing with or behind someone.
