Pulled in and realized this knucklehead forgot the battery. Kept our cool and thankfully had the paddle and the wind hadn't kicked up early on. Struck fast on 2nd cast w spinner bait north of boat launch. Played around timber in NW corner with no luck. All fish were caught up and down East shore and all on the spinner bait. Fun morning and the 7 year old boated some toads. Fished 7am-10am then wind became absurd. Would fish here again
