We caught one on top water very early, got bit a little on a ned rig, but watermelon 6.5" Kut Tails was the ticket today until wind got up about noon and sheltered water got tough to come by. Water still very clear to 10' and bass still mainly on the edge of weed lines. This is a truly magnificent ranch and lake and we are grateful to the owners for continuing to share it with us. Accommodations and boat are first rate.
