We started fishing at 8:30 and each got bites on first cast.  It started sprinkling, then pouring,  but the fish didn't seem to mind,  so neither did we! We caught 14 before noon at which time we stopped for lunch in the truck and a quick trip to Walmart in hopes the rain would die down.  We got back about 1:30 with no let up on the rain.   Persevered and caught 5 more while it was pouring.  We left around 3 soaked and HAPPY!

If you can't tell by the fact that we fished in the rain the entire time,  let me just say we loved this place! From the super amazing owner Dub and his wife Carolyn,  who couldn't be nicer,  or more accommodating if they tried,  to all the great fish we caught,  it was an amazing rainy day of fishing at a place we will be coming back to ASAP!!

ps. The fish seem to love white!! Just FYI!
